Role Summary
Responsibilities
- Team Collaboration: Work with the warehouse staff, to ensure all daily tasks are completed. This includes but is not limited to domestic shipments, international shipments, cycle counts, stocking products and inbound receiving.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all in-bound and out-bound materials are handled accurately in accordance to training. (DOT, Hazmat, IATA, etc.)
- Lead By Example: Maintain a positive attitude such as optimism, adaptability, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn.
- Safety: Prioritize safety in all work-related activities. Proactively identify and report safety concerns.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, shipments, and compliance documentation to support audits and regulatory requirements.
- Carry out other duties as assigned. Work may change from day-to-day within reason.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize all projects.
- Must be comfortable using a computer, including but not limited to Outlook, Excel, Word.
- Eagerness to become proficient in warehouse management systems (ERP) and inventory tracking software.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.
- Ability to handle objects weighing up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to work in freezer conditions (-20 Celsius). While intervals may be short, much of the workday will be spent going in and out.
