Team Collaboration: Work with the warehouse staff, to ensure all daily tasks are completed. This includes but is not limited to domestic shipments, international shipments, cycle counts, stocking products and inbound receiving.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that all in-bound and out-bound materials are handled accurately in accordance to training. (DOT, Hazmat, IATA, etc.)
Lead By Example: Maintain a positive attitude such as optimism, adaptability, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn.
Safety: Prioritize safety in all work-related activities. Proactively identify and report safety concerns.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, shipments, and compliance documentation to support audits and regulatory requirements.
Carry out other duties as assigned. Work may change from day-to-day within reason.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize all projects.
Must be comfortable using a computer, including but not limited to Outlook, Excel, Word.
Eagerness to become proficient in warehouse management systems (ERP) and inventory tracking software.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Ability to handle objects weighing up to 50 lbs
Must be able to work in freezer conditions (-20 Celsius). While intervals may be short, much of the workday will be spent going in and out.
