Master Data Specialist, Engineering (Onsite)

Role: SAP Master Data Specialist supporting biologics Pilot Plant manufacturing (vaccines, therapeutic proteins) within Vaccines and Advanced Biotechnologies R&D. Responsibilities: manage master data creation, review, analysis, and governance; support process sustainment, continuous improvement, SOP development, and training; collaborate with cross-functional teams including Process Staff, Engineers, IT, and Quality; assist in inspections and compliance activities. Requirements: BS in Engineering, Sciences, or Business with 2+ years or Master’s with 1+ years relevant experience; proficiency with SAP master data, manufacturing principles, and GMP compliance; strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. Preferred: pharma/sterile manufacturing experience, MES systems knowledge. High-Value specifics: supporting GMP biologics production, clinical supply, and process data management at pilot and early manufacturing stages; planned relocation from West Point, PA to Rahway, NJ after 18-24 months; part of NGB facility development, enabling flexible multi-product GMP operations, utilizing novel cell-line and technology platforms; supporting continuous process improvement and compliance activities in a regulated biopharma environment.
