Master Data Specialist, Engineering (Onsite)

Role: SAP Master Data Specialist supporting GMP biologics manufacturing in Vaccines and Advanced Biotechnologies Process R&D, primarily managing master data for biologic clinical supplies. Responsibilities: create, maintain, and review master data in SAP; ensure data quality, compliance with standards, and support process improvements; collaborate with cross-functional teams including Process Staff, Engineers, and Quality; assist with SOPs, training, and audits, particularly during site transitions from West Point, PA to Rahway, NJ. Requirements: BS in Engineering, Sciences, or Business with 2+ years (or MS with 1+ year) experience; strong SAP master data knowledge; understanding of manufacturing principles; excellent communication and teamwork skills; proficiency in Excel. Preferred: pharma/sterile manufacturing experience and MES systems familiarity. High-Value: biologics (vaccines, therapeutic proteins); pilot-scale GMP production; support for regulatory compliance and process documentation; work in dynamic environment with cross-functional stakeholders; temporary role based in PA with planned relocation to NJ, no travel required.
