Role Responsibilities:
- Manage customer account creation/change requests; validate licensing and identify any additional regulatory/policy requirements.
- Assign trade classification to customer accounts to drive invoice terms, discounts, taxes, contract pricing eligibility, and potential product access.
- Create and maintain pricing records in SAP for US and Puerto Rico (e.g., list prices, contract prices, promotions/deals, returns accruals, ad-hoc pricing).
- Create and maintain customers in appropriate sales organization/company area (requires SAP partner function knowledge).
- Conduct due diligence research to verify customer primary business activity and appropriate trade class (errors can impact compliance/FDA and revenue).
- Respond to information requests from Customer Service Reps, Contracts, Credit Collections, and Trade.
- Maintain customer product portfolios to ensure PDMA/FDA compliance and that distributor website data reflects applicable restrictions.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree (0+ years) OR associateโ€™s degree (4 years) OR high school diploma/equivalent (6 years) in customer service and supply chain management.
- Knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Office, and internet navigation.
- Preferred: industry knowledge of customer classification/functionality.
- Knowledge of basic pricing/contracting strategies; awareness of regulatory issues for shipping/storing pharmaceutical products.

Other Requirements:
- Shift: 9:00 AMโ€“5:30 PM EST; flexibility for non-standard hours.
- Hybrid; work on site 2โ€“3 days/week; ability to travel as needed.

Benefits/Compensation (as stated):
- Base salary: $64,600โ€“$107,600; bonus target 7.5%.
