Implement customer engagement initiatives to position Medtronic as the preferred partner, collaborating with the market development team.

Collaboration and Partnerships

Partner closely with our conventions team to ensure alignment and effective tradeshow execution to advance the portfolio strategy. Work closely with sales to support product questions and align on customer needs and market opportunities.

Program Management

Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful product and marketing launches. Including keeping all workstream leads on track and influencing decision-making and effective execution.

Clinical Evidence Dissemination

Identify clinical evidence needed, work with clinical, reimbursement, and R&D to generate new claims for market development and HCP adoption.

Customer Insights and Feedback

Gather and analyze customer insights and feedback to inform marketing strategies, new product needs, and improve the overall customer experience. Use this information to guide product development and service enhancements.

Communication and Influence

Communicate effectively across a global matrix organization, ensuring clear and concise dissemination of information. Lead meetings with internal and external stakeholders, influencing cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives and meet timelines.

Regulatory and Compliance

Ensure all marketing initiatives comply with regulatory and legal requirements. Work closely with regulatory and legal teams to manage approvals and maintain compliance throughout program execution.

Analytical and Adaptive Skills
