Role Summary
Marketing Manager for EPKINLY in oncology, focusing on in-field and non-personal promotion, competitive differentiation, and optimizing HCP and patient promotional channels for the DLBCL indication. Responsible for synthesizing large data sets, driving analytics, and identifying strategic opportunities to accelerate brand growth in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Responsibilities
- Synthesizing data and insights from multiple sources to identify strategic opportunities for the brand; proactively shape analytics and research to deepen strategic insights; translate insights to executable action plans
- Responsible for in-field promotional execution
- Ability to partner with cross-functional teams and with co-promotional partners to elevate HCP promotional tactics/resources and strengthen promotional claims (where appropriate via the CFL process)
- Strategically understand business and competitive landscape and synthesize insights to identify opportunities to accelerate both BsAb and EPKINLY brand growth
Qualifications
- Bachelorโs Degree
- Consulting experience or agency background preferred; strong strategy background
- Market experience is a bonus: Competency in core marketing capabilities such as translating insights into message and creative development, and optimization across the marketing mix
- Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams, including timelines and on-time deliverables; organized and ability to project manage across a broad team
- Ability to understand medical/clinical aspects of a pharmaceutical product and its application to marketing strategy and tactical execution
- Success working in a matrixed organization to drive alignment to brand objectives; especially with sales teams
- Experience leading or supporting strategic and tactical planning
- Strong written and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in a joint venture commercial partnership is a plus; Must have the ability to effectively collaborate with, motivate and influence various levels/grades within the organization and outside of the organization.
