Marketing Manager I/II, Psychiatry – HCP (Grade 18 or 19). Hybrid schedule required (Tues–Thurs in office). Location: Florham Park, NJ or Mettawa, IL.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute high-impact go-to-market strategies, programs, and resources to maintain leading access perceptions, educate stakeholders on coverage/access, and meet business objectives.
- Develop messaging and resources to educate HCPs and consumers on differentiated coverage quality, local access dynamics, and affordability support.
- Partner with sales leadership to understand/prioritize resource needs supporting market access pull-through.
- Collaborate with brand teams, cross-functional partners, and external agencies on non-personal promotion programs and evaluate effectiveness.
- Manage agency partners for new marketing materials and enhancements to existing resources.
- Serve as brand-team point of contact and strategic partner to Patient Services in evolving a new patient care model.
- Lead tactics as part of annual Brand Planning; develop and measure campaigns, monitor KPIs, and identify optimization opportunities.
- Proactively identify business challenges and develop creative, innovative, practical solutions.
- Manage marketing budget: planning, tracking, and resource allocation.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Foster collaborative relationships across Psychiatry Marketing and partner functions (Sales, Market Access, Government Affairs, Patient Services, Medical Affairs, etc.).
- Significant work activity: continuous sitting for prolonged periods (>2 consecutive hours/8-hour day).

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Marketing experience with proof of building proficiencies in all marketing skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years brand marketing experience.
- Excellent communication (oral/written/presentation) and interpersonal skills.
- Strong planning/organization, attention to detail, execution, and follow-through.
