Role Summary
The Marketing Manager I/II, HCP Marketing, supports the ongoing commercialization and growth by supporting HCP promotional strategy and execution across various channels. Partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver aligned, compliant, and impactful HCP marketing materials. Led by a strong focus on strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and executional discipline to ensure consistent pull-through of brand strategy across HCP promotion and Peer-to-Peer education initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development, optimization, and lifecycle management of core HCP promotional assets, including ISAs, derivative materials, field aids, leave-behinds, digital selling tools, and peer-to-peer program content.
- Ensure consistent pull-through of HCP brand strategy across all promotional channels and touchpoints.
- Shepherd new clinical and commercial data through the Consistent with FDA-required Labeling (CFL) process for approved promotional use.
- Identify innovative opportunities to differentiate the brand and enhance HCP education and engagement.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary HCP marketing liaison to the P2P AMM team, providing strategic direction and insights.
- Translate HCP strategy and customer insights into actionable guidance for P2P execution.
- Ensure alignment between HCP and P2P initiatives while maintaining compliance standards.

- Partner with Sales Training to develop and deliver training content for POAs, national sales meetings, and ongoing field education.
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership to deliver high-quality, field-ready materials supporting effective customer engagement.

- Build deep expertise in Parkinsonβs Disease, the competitive landscape, and brand strategy.
- Partner with APEX, Patient Services, and field teams to apply customer insights to message optimization.
- Coordinate agencies and vendors while managing budgets to plan.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Marketing experience with proof of building proficiencies in all marketing skills
Preferred Qualifications
- 3β5 years of sales or marketing experience; pharmaceutical experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a highly matrixed organization.
- Strong strategic, analytical, and communication skills.
- Prior HCP marketing or product management experience.
- Experience supporting an on-market brand.
- Experience partnering with Sales Training and Field Operations.
- Experience collaborating across HCP and P2P teams.
