Main Responsibilities
Patient Marketing & FIND Execution β 40%
- Execute patient identification, screening, and diagnosis acceleration (FIND) tactics.
- Execute patient marketing campaigns, patient journey initiatives, and patient support program roll-out; gather feedback for optimization.
- Develop and execute omnichannel patient engagement tactics (digital platforms, patient educational resources, multichannel campaigns).
- Collaborate on patient advocacy efforts.
- Coordinate cross-functional inputs to ensure consistent, compliant, patient-centric messaging.
- Track/report KPIs and metrics for FIND effectiveness, patient engagement, and journey outcomes; surface insights to the Director.
HCP Marketing Execution β 40%
- Support the Marketing Director on HCP brand positioning, messaging, and go-to-market tactics (branded and unbranded).
- Execute omnichannel HCP engagement strategies (digital tactics, multichannel campaigns, HCP educational initiatives).
- Coordinate development/deployment of HCP materials aligned with promotional regulations and review processes.
- Liaise with US and EU country teams to adapt and deploy global assets locally.
- Support congress strategy execution.
- Support field support tools and training materials.
- Gather market insights and HCP feedback; share with the Director.
Agency Management & Administration β 20%
- Support agency relationships (briefing, timeline tracking, quality review).
- Coordinate agency deliverables across work streams; ensure on-time/on-budget execution.
- Assist with budget tracking, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Support brand planning administration with the Marketing Director and stakeholders.
About You
Qualifications
- 4+ years marketing experience with exposure to both HCP and patient marketing (pharma/biotech or medical devices).
- Omnichannel and digital marketing execution experience (required).
- US and/or EU country team experience (preferred).
- Rare disease/specialty care/launch environment exposure (preferred).
- FIND/disease awareness campaign experience (plus).
- Understanding of promotional regulations/compliance (branded and unbranded).
- Strong execution; manage multiple work streams/deadlines.
- Comfortable in a matrix; collaborate with senior stakeholders and country teams.
- Bachelorβs degree required; science/healthcare background (plus).
