Responsible and accountable for management and growth of HCP channel (CDC/POV & Gynecologists) and key accounts of Cervarix in support of the overall brand strategy.
Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities

- Responsible for market situation scan, competition information collection & consolidation, and sales performance tracking, providing various analysis report/output and giving input for related market research as required to support business review and marketing strategy/tactical development;
- Responsible for leading team for marketing program/events planning and tactical execution independently, providing effective budget management and tracking control;
- Responsible for developing channel marketing strategy to maximize GSK vaccine value & solution to strategically important accounts;
- Responsible for short/long term sales forecast with rational methodology, including monthly forecast, long rolling forecast etc.;
- Responsible for various promotional and training materials development for both internal and external brand activities;
- Support brand lead for HQ communication & interaction. Leverage experience and best practice from other countries for team’s learning and development;
- Develop a transparent and result-driven culture within team. Take advantage of internal & external opportunities for talent development;
- Working closely with internal cross-function teams or external stakeholders on project management upon request in driving business and solving product-related specific issues;
- Oversight team execution to ensure sufficient management monitoring & assess compliance/legal risks periodically.
Qualifications/Requirements (Education / Experience / Competencies)

- University degree;
- Minimum 10 year’s solid working experiences in pharmaceutical industry, of which at least 3 years in brand management;
- Demonstrated solid experience in brand marketing strategy development, promotional programs development and execution, with excellent commercial insight and strong analytical skill;
- Excellent and effective oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese, proficiency in use of standard software applications, especially Power Point and Excel;
- Proactive in problem solving and a team player;
- Passionate for excellent work, self-motivated and customer orientated;
- Have interest in social media and IP development.
