Responsibilities:
- Develop DTP strategy across brands, assets, and therapeutic areas to improve diagnosis and treatment access.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and digital health models; assess where DTP creates value.
- Identify patient drop-off points (diagnosis, provider referral, reimbursement, prescription routing, therapy initiation) and evaluate DTP opportunities.
- Design and optimize end-to-end patient pathways (awareness β†’ activation β†’ care β†’ conversion β†’ therapy start β†’ adherence).
- Build business cases (CAC economics, lifetime value, infrastructure costs, conversion assumptions, ROI measurement).
- Implement DTP models (journey orchestration, access navigation, direct commerce, go-to-market reconfiguration).
- Partner cross-functionally to connect patient touchpoints; establish shared goals, KPIs, and governance.
- Lead modular, portfolio-scalable enterprise capabilities; oversee telehealth, pharmacy, fulfillment, diagnostics, and digital engagement partnerships/vendors.
- Drive patient engagement innovation and ensure alignment with legal/regulatory/privacy/data governance and patient experience standards.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years in biopharma/healthcare/digital health/patient services.
- 5+ years leadership in patient access, commercialization, patient support, digital health, market access, and/or omnichannel engagement.
- Experience designing/scaling patient-centric programs across multiple stages.
- Strong understanding of pharma commercialization, specialty access, and reimbursement.
- Business case/operating model/roadmap experience; proven complex cross-functional leadership.
- Strong analytics and executive communication; experience in highly regulated environments.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience launching DTP/direct commerce/digitally enabled access models.
- Knowledge of specialty therapies and high-friction access; cash-pay/affordability pathways.
- Familiarity with non-dispensing pharmacy/hub services/specialty distribution.
- Integrating digital/medical/access/commercial into unified patient pathway; patient experience design and service operations.

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required; typically 10 years work experience and 3 years supervisory/management experience (or equivalent).

Pay Range:
- $196,000 - $294,000.
