Market Manager
Compensation: $80,000β$90,000 annually, based on experience
Position Overview
- Reside in a designated distributor home market and serve as the primary link between Tilray Beer, distributor partners, and retail customers.
- Drive execution of key initiatives, support distributor performance, and deliver market-level sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of the assigned market, distributor network, and channel dynamics.
- Build strong relationships with distributor sales managers, reps, and key retail accounts.
- Work in-market weekly to support execution alongside distributor teams and retail partners.
- Lead or participate in distributor meetings and present business updates as needed.
- Develop and execute programs, incentives, and performance targets.
- Track and report weekly/monthly performance metrics.
- Manage allocated budgets effectively.
- Analyze syndicated and internal data to identify opportunities and build action plans.
- Deliver business reviews with key distributor partners.
- Support VIP/Karma and other internal systems to drive insights and execution.
Key Focus Areas
- Support 1β3 distributor partners and their branch networks.
- Drive execution of Must Win Initiatives with distributor and retail partners.
- Lead incentive (IR POD) activation to deliver budget targets.
- Ensure chain execution (ads, features, distribution gaps, and communication).
- Drive brand discovery through events, sampling, and promotional activations.
Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree preferred.
- Experience in beverage alcohol, preferably within the beer category.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
Preferred Skills
- Strong working knowledge of VIP/Karma systems.
