Responsibilities:
- Develop and align Trade channel market access strategy to ensure profitable access for existing and future NNI products (specialty/retail pharmacies and related trade models).
- Lead pricing and contracting strategy, value communication, marketing, tactical execution, operations, policies, and initiatives to maximize business results.
- Monitor specialty pharmacies, retail pharmacy, mail/digital dispensing models; identify opportunities/risks for patient access and product pull-through.
- Identify strategic channel partners/programs; develop and execute Trade-driven programs to improve reimbursement, awareness, pull-through, and compliance.
- Serve as liaison between Trade and home office; provide Trade subject-matter expertise and lead internal communication/training.
- Ensure legal/compliance adherence for Trade informational/promotional materials.
- Partner with Supply Chain, Patient Support Services, and HUB teams; establish KPIs to evaluate effectiveness.
- Contribute to annual brand planning/budgeting and anticipate competitor moves.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs in Business or equivalent experience; MBA/PharmD or advanced degree preferred.
- 12+ yearsβ experience in payer/PBM, market access, channel/trade strategy, managing channel relationships, specialty pharmacy, account management, and/or value communication.
- Deep understanding of US payer/trade environment and trade channel decision-making.
- Demonstrated success designing/executing trade/market access strategies.
- Strong knowledge of US pharmaceutical distribution, 3PL, channel compliance, and buy-side economics/regulations.
- Strong leadership, relationship management, communication, analytical, and project management skills; ability to influence without direct authority.
