Job Title: Manufacturing Technician II

About the Role
- Support safe, efficient manufacturing operations in compliance with cGMP, EHS, and applicable regulations.
- Support movement of Flexbumin through inspection/packaging stages; coordinate daily production flow; may serve as line lead.
- Document activities accurately and contribute to quality and continuous improvement.
- Schedule: 5:00pm–5:30am on a rotating 2-2-3 basis.

How you will Contribute
- Support daily manufacturing operations; maintain a safe, quality-focused environment.
- Operate production equipment (DAP lines, forklifts, hoists).
- Move pallets and supplies in the value stream/production area.
- Lead Manufacturing Technician I tasks when assigned.
- Train employees/contractors on procedures.
- Complete required documentation and electronic system tasks (GDP/GMP).
- Perform routine production-area cleaning to maintain GMP.
- Communicate safety/quality/compliance/equipment issues promptly.
- Work cross-functionally and support continuous improvement.

What you bring to Takeda
- High school/GED + 2+ years related experience, or Associate+ with 1+ year related experience.
- Pharmaceutical manufacturing experience with cGMP understanding.
- Teamwork and ability to work in fast-paced settings.
- Ability to read/write/speak/follow detailed instructions in English.
- Proactive, reliable, strong time management; professionalism and shift deadline focus.

Key Considerations / Requirements
- Carry/lift/push/pull up to 30 lbs (with equipment assistance); stand/walk during 12-hr shift; may require bending/twisting/reaching/squatting; repetitive motions.
- Work indoors around moving machinery; may require gowning/PPE and follow restrictions.
- May require confined spaces, cold/wet environment, and controlled clean-room/storage areas (department-dependent).
- Must be able to work multiple shifts (weekends/OT) in a 2-2-3 rotation.

Compensation and Benefits (U.S.)
- Hourly wage range: $19.81–$31.10.
