Operations
What You’ll Do
- Follow established procedures for the manufacture and filling of aseptic products.
- Operate production equipment per SOPs, Batch Records, Manufacturing Directions (MD), and Manufacturing Operating Procedures (OPM).
- Execute aseptic fill procedures (transfer, set-up, sanitization, autoclaving, process simulation, etc.).
- Perform scheduled cleaning and sterilization of equipment.
- Support changeover activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues.
- Record data into Batch Records, log books, and OPMs; review log books and forms.
- Document work activities per Good Documentation Practices.
- Report procedural deviations and nonconformance to management.
- Maintain current training on assigned procedures.

What It Takes
- Routine assignments requiring cGMP experience; follow procedures on routine work and receive instruction for new assignments.

What You Bring
- High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience).
- 2–4 years of related experience in a cGMP manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to gown and enter biotech/pharmaceutical manufacturing areas; wear PPE.
- Ability to lift/pull/push 25–50 lbs., stand up to 6 hours, climb ladders/work platforms, and work around chemicals (alcohols, acids, bases).

Nice to Have
- Medical device manufacturing experience.
- Clean room/aseptic technique experience.
- Experience with commercial-scale automated equipment.
- Computerized transactions and spreadsheet skills.
