Supervisor β€” Lebanon Advanced Therapies (LP2)

Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and direct supervision to Production Operators; manage performance and employee relations.
- Serve as role model; assign tasks and completion criteria; ensure adequate operator coverage to meet production targets/milestones.
- Ensure adherence to vacation/absence/overtime policies; conduct information pass-downs.
- Lead teams for plant start-up and participate in IQ/OQ/PQ/PV/CV, procedure reviews, and training reviews.
- Participate in operator interviewing, onboarding, and deliver training.
- Promote a culture of quality and safety compliance; ensure operators follow compliance procedures.
- Organize/participate/lead routine Quality and EH&S audits/inspections; ensure required documentation is complete and accurate.
- Maintain housekeeping standards.
- Run morning/shift team meetings; escalate start-up issues/barriers.
- Coordinate immediate response to major Quality and HSE events (as needed).
- Assign operators to daily tasks based on schedule/milestones; coordinate with maintenance/support/technical teams for compliant execution.
- Ensure production plan/start-up milestones and end-of-day/shift documentation.

Minimum Requirements
- 3 years’ experience in a regulated industry (preferably GMP).
- HS diploma/GED required.

Preferred Skills/Experience
- GMP knowledge and adherence; safety/environmental guideline compliance.
- Organization, attention to detail, oral/written communication.
- Technical problem solving; strong leadership; prior manufacturing Supervisor experience.

Other Information / Schedule
- Start-up: primarily day shift; later shift work (anticipated 10-hour shifts); some overtime may be required.

Compensation
- Anticipated wage: $35.33–$57.12.
