Manufacturing Supervisor*

Role: Manufacturing Supervisor overseeing production operations at 3M’s Quapaw, OK plant. Objectives include promoting safety, ensuring compliance, meeting daily production targets, and driving continuous improvement. Responsibilities involve managing work priorities using lean methods, monitoring quality and yield metrics, leading and coaching staff, and supporting plant initiatives, including off-shift coverage. Qualifications: High school diploma and 5+ years manufacturing experience or Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years in a manufacturing environment; supervisory experience preferred. Skills: Leadership, safety awareness, lean management, supply chain knowledge. High-Value: Manufacturing leadership in an industrial setting, safety culture, continuous improvement, possibly involving regulated environments. Work setup: On-site location with up to 5% domestic travel; relocation may be approved. Additional considerations include compliance with U.S. export laws and security regulations.
