Manufacturing Senior Manager, Liso-cel CAR-T, Manufacturing Operations

Role: Senior Manager of Manufacturing overseeing 24/7 Cell Therapy production for Bristol Myers Squibb's Liso-cel CAR-T program. Responsibilities: ensure GMP-compliant manufacturing, lead Manufacturing Managers and Work Centered Teams, maintain process expertise, manage resources, monitor performance metrics, lead deviation troubleshooting, participate in CAPAs and Change Controls, control expenses, and foster a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 7+ years manufacturing experience including 5+ years of leadership, extensive knowledge of cGMP, bioprocessing, lean manufacturing, and biotech principles; Green Belt preferred.
