Role Summary

Manufacturing Sciences & Technology Graduate Program, Marietta, US, 2026. This two-year program prepares you for future technical, operational and engineering roles within GSK’s Global Supply Chain, with rotations, cross-functional exposure, and role-specific training.

Responsibilities

  • Be Part of Something Big: Work on projects that improve manufacturing processes, reduce waste, drive sustainability, and contribute to product development.
  • Digital Innovation: Engage in process modelling and digital data analytics to optimize manufacturing performance and support product development.
  • Process Optimization: Develop and enhance manufacturing processes for efficiency, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.
  • Project Management: Lead initiatives and improvement projects that drive efficiency and minimize waste.
  • Technical Development: Build technical knowledge of products and understand production processes to ensure quality and safety.
  • Problem-Solving: Develop analytical and advanced problem-solving skills (e.g., DMAIC/Six Sigma) for complex challenges.
  • Digital Expertise: Gain proficiency in digital data analytics and sustainability practices for digital projects and improvements.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Use data-driven approaches to monitor processes, identify trends, and implement solutions to improve operational efficiencies.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product introductions, process improvements, and remediation projects.
