Your Role: Manufacturing Reliability Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Support the site reliability program; develop expertise in equipment reliability and maintenance strategies (asset criticality assessments, maintenance strategy development, lifecycle planning).
- Perform and lead RCFA, FMEA, and RCM; implement preventive and predictive maintenance to improve asset performance and reduce failures.
- Oversee mechanical integrity programs (inspections, testing, monitoring of tanks, vessels, piping, and other critical assets) and maintain compliance with applicable standards.
- Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, and Planning to ensure safe, reliable, compliant equipment and effective maintenance execution.
- Maintain CMMS data integrity; improve maintenance processes and spare parts strategies; monitor performance and implement corrective actions and emerging technologies.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering preferred).
- Experience in maintenance, reliability engineering, or manufacturing environments with responsibility for equipment reliability/maintenance programs.
- Analytical/problem-solving skills; working knowledge of CMMS and preventive/predictive maintenance; cross-functional collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP or other CMMS platforms.
- Manufacturing/reg"ulated industry experience (e.g., cGMP/FDA).
- Reliability methodologies (RCFA, FMEA, RCM).
- Familiarity with mechanical integrity programs and inspection processes.
Additional Information:
- Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8-hour shifts (evenings/weekends flexibility during outages). Work at a manufacturing/production site.
