Group Leader (Night Shift)
Night Shift: 12-hour days, rotating schedule (6:00pmβ6:30am). 3 days on week 1 and 4 days on week 2 of pay cycle (includes working every other weekend).
Responsibilities:
- Lead the manufacturing process of batches; perform/demonstrate production methods and procedures using recipe-controlled HMI systems.
- Verify product and packaging/manufacturing components before operations and entry into packaging.
- Confirm product, ousters, and labels match batch record, work order, and packaging record.
- Ensure accurate logbook data entry and batch documentation completion.
- Initiate batch records per production schedule and verify staging status for each line.
- Print and inspect shipper case labels; perform 100% label reconciliation and review results with the vision system report.
- Submit reviewed documentation to Quality Assurance in a timely manner.
- Follow manufacturing schedule based on shipping forecast; maintain correct status identification of components.
- Dispose of rejected material/components per established procedures.
- Verify equipment calibration status before use; set up, operate, and clean equipment per cGMP.
- Complete ROSS transactions and schedule personnel to ensure efficient manufacturing.
- Adhere to CAPAs and Packaging SOPs; wear required safety gear and follow dress code.
- Prevent mix-ups/cross-contamination; keep rooms clean, organized, and compliant at all times.
Qualifications:
- High School or GED (Required).
- 3+ years manufacturing experience in Pharmaceutical or Medical Device industry (Required).
Compensation/Benefits (as stated): $30.00β$40.00/hour; short-term incentive and long-term incentive (RSUs) within first 12 months; eligible health/insurance benefits and 401(k) matching.
