Manufacturing Process Technician - Nights

Role: Manufacturing Process Technician (Nights) responsible for performing bulk drug manufacturing processes in aseptic and non-aseptic environments according to SOPs and Batch Records. Objectives include maintaining cGMP compliance, equipment operation, material handling, and process monitoring. Responsibilities encompass equipment setup/cleanup, raw material weighing/dispensing, sampling, solution prep, and documentation. Requirements: High school diploma/GED + 1 year manufacturing or military experience or an Associate’s degree; preferred experience in GMP environments, drug substance manufacturing, and understanding of measurement systems. High-Value: biologics production in a regulated GMP setting, night shift with 12-hour rotations, focus on aseptic processing, adherence to cGMP, documentation accuracy, and safety. Stakeholder interaction appears limited to internal manufacturing teams. Work setup: night shift with rotation, initial administrative onboarding, potential for development within biopharma manufacturing.
