The Position
- Operate manufacturing equipment to achieve production goals.
- Support training for junior team members.
- Demonstrate subject matter expertise in assigned area.

Essential Functions
- Setup, operate, monitor & control equipment, systems & processes.
- Clean & sanitize manufacturing/filling/packaging rooms and equipment per SOPs.
- Execute production schedule; perform machine changeovers.
- Handle labeling & components correctly (transferring, counting, FIFO, returns, etc.).
- Participate in and support event response.
- Review and author SOPs/job instructions and other required documents.
- Identify, report & resolve quality issues.
- Execute/assist equipment maintenance (predictive/preventative and restoration of lost function).
- Train others in areas of expertise; learn systems/equipment outside your area (with appropriate level).
- Record/review production data in BPR and associated forms.
- Participate in process improvement projects.
- Follow safety and environmental requirements.

Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
- 1+ year manufacturing environment experience (required)
- Ability to train new hires on processes/technical requirements (SOPs) (required)
- Ability to read/write/understand complex product documentation and SOPs (required)
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office) (required)

Preferred Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or BioWorks certification
- 1+ year pharmaceutical solid dose manufacturing or other FDA-regulated industry experience
- Equipment troubleshooting experience (including restoration of lost function maintenance)
- Planning/organizing and work-plan management expertise
