Manufacturing Manager, Liso-cel CAR-T, Manufacturing Operations

Role: Manufacturing Manager for Liso-cel CAR-T, overseeing commercial cell therapy production in an aseptic cGMP environment. Responsibilities: lead compliant execution of CAR-T manufacturing, provide technical guidance, ensure process qualification, manage safety culture, oversee documentation and data integrity, and drive continuous improvement through lean principles. Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing Science teams; manage deviations, CAPAs, change controls, and resource planning. Requirements: Bachelor's in life sciences, engineering, or related field; experience in regulated biologics or cell therapy manufacturing, preferably with CAR-T or aseptic processes; prior leadership experience in commercial biopharma manufacturing. Preferred: experience supporting operational readiness, training, inspection readiness, and familiarity with lean tools. Work Setup: onsite night shift in New Jersey, with standard safety and operational performance metrics.
