Manufacturing Manager*

Role: Manufacturing Manager responsible for leading engineering and business teams at 3M's Menomonie facility to develop high-value, cost-effective products while ensuring superior customer service. Key responsibilities include strategic and operational planning, executing CapEx initiatives, optimizing yield and productivity through full value stream management, supervising engineers, and supporting EHS, quality, and continuous improvement efforts. The role involves coordinating with extended value stream partners, building operational discipline, and contributing to the Menomonie management team. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher, with at least 10 years of manufacturing experience in private, public, government, or military sectors, including 3+ years in leadership. Preferred skills include continuous improvement expertise, engineering degree, and competencies in leadership, communication, change management, and strategic planning.
