Manufacturing IT Systems Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Support manufacturing shop-floor technology and daily desktop computing operations.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining IT solutions; collaborate with departments to meet IT needs.
- Track and manage serialization standards and compliance (GS1; DSCSA; EU FMD) and ensure/document adherence.
- Integrate serialization systems with enterprise systems (ERP: Oracle-JDE, SAP ATTP; MES: Rockwell, Werum PAS-X).
- Support RFID/barcode generation and scanning; implement end-to-end supply-chain traceability.
- Perform data integration (API: XML/SOAP, AS2, SFTP) and analytics/automation.
- Use analytics/BI tools (Python, R, SQL; Tableau/PowerBI/QlikView) to build reports/dashboards.
- Familiarity with PAT for real-time monitoring/control; integrate into manufacturing operations.
- Apply IIT technologies for monitoring, predictive maintenance, and process optimization.
- Design/implement pharmaceutical manufacturing solutions, including digital twin creation/management.
- Provide shop-floor IT troubleshooting: PCs, desk phones, cellphones, printers, software, and hardware.
- Handle ServiceNow tickets; create training manuals; install/modify/repair hardware/software; run diagnostics.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in IT Management, Computer Science, or related field.
- Demonstrated experience with DSCSA serialization/lot-level traceability (T3), GS1, EPCIS, tracing/credentialing.
- T-SQL query development and document versioning.
- Hands-on experience with TraceLink, SAP ATTP, SAP ICH.
- 24 months experience in the role or related position.
Salary: $105K–$110K/year. Hours: 40 hrs/week (8:30am–5:30pm). Location: Piscataway, NJ.
