Manufacturing Execution Systems Co-op

Role: Support MES operations and digital manufacturing initiatives at Johnson & Johnson's Raritan site through hands-on activities in system monitoring, troubleshooting, and system enhancement. Responsibilities: assist with Electronic Batch Records configuration, manufacturing workflow reviews, data analytics, and validation activities; collaborate cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Quality, Validation, MSAT, and IT teams; contribute to process improvements and digital transformation projects; maintain documentation and support audit readiness. Requirements: enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program in a relevant technical field (e.g., engineering, computer science); strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office tools; available for full-time work during the co-op. Preferred: experience with SQL, Power BI, Python, MES platforms like PAS-X or SAP ME; interest in software systems and digital manufacturing.
