Summary: The Engineering Manager will lead and oversee the Manufacturing Engineering team to ensure efficient and effective production processes.

Responsibilities:
- Develop plans supporting strategic initiatives; assess capabilities and future constraints.
- Manage and mentor manufacturing engineering staff.
- Lead engineering projects from concept to completion within time and budget.
- Develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and safety.
- Perform hands-on troubleshooting and repairs to minimize downtime.
- Develop and maintain preventive maintenance programs.
- Lead continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, process optimization).
- Collaborate with production, quality, maintenance, and product development to resolve issues.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and drive corrective actions.
- Oversee procurement, installation, commissioning, and validation of new equipment/technologies.
- Maintain documentation (validations, reports, engineering change orders).
- Participate in process development for new products transferred to manufacturing.
- Participate in safety programs and ensure OSHA adherence; ensure compliance with policies, standards, and regulations.

Knowledge/Skills Required:
- Hands-on experience with manufacturing equipment, tooling, and production processes.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, automation, and process control.
- Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma experience.
- Proficiency with SolidWorks, ERP systems, and data analysis software.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities; strong problem-solving.
- Comfortable on the production floor; clear communication across teams.

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (or related).
- 5+ years manufacturing engineering; 2+ years supervisory/leadership.
- Leadership, communication, interpersonal skills; strong organizational skills.
- cGMP and validation knowledge preferred.
