Shift: 12-hour Days or Nights on a 2-2-3 calendar rotation. Role follows 2-2-3 days schedule (6:00 AM–6:00 PM ET) with rotating “Red Days.”
Responsibilities (Media & Solution Preparation):
- Prepare media and process solutions per approved batch records, SOPs, and cGMP.
- Operate mixing equipment and execute manufacturing processes supporting routine production and RCM (Routine Clean Monitoring).
- Perform validation activities; collect RCM samples for process compliance and readiness.
- Execute glass wash and autoclave operations to clean/sterilize equipment and materials.
- Complete solution prep, run mixes, and RCM protocol execution.
- Accurately document activities per cGMP/SOPs; maintain a clean, safe, compliant manufacturing environment.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, MSAT, Quality, and Engineering.
Qualifications & Required/Preferred Skills:
- Manufacturing Associate II ($23.56–$30.77): Bachelor’s (STEM preferred) or BioWorks/Associate (STEM preferred) with 0+ yrs; or HS (or equiv) with 0.5+ yrs. Previous GxP experience. Follow SOPs; shift-ready. Documentation/data integrity. Aseptic technique/cleanroom practices preferred.
- Manufacturing Associate III ($25.96–$34.13): Bachelor’s (STEM preferred) with 0.5+ yrs; or BioWorks/Associate with 1+ yr; or HS (or equiv) with 1.5+ yrs. Previous cGMP experience. SOP adherence; shift-ready. Documentation/data integrity. Aseptic/cleanroom knowledge. Exposure to DeltaV, LIMS, Syncade, CMMS, Veeva (or similar). Prior solutions preparation.
