What You’ll Do
- Execute daily manufacturing activities, including operating process equipment and executing validation protocols per cGMP SOPs
- Accurately document activities per cGMP and SOP requirements
- Document and record all cGMP data/information (including deviations) for processing steps and equipment activities
- Create and revise batch records, SLRs, and equipment logbooks
- Assist with in-process sampling and sampling analysis (pH, conductivity, protein concentration, osmolarity, cell counts, etc.)
- Maintain a clean, safe, audit-ready work environment
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Manufacturing, MSAT, Quality, and Engineering teams
Required Skills for a Manufacturing Associate II (Pay Range $23.56–$30.77)
- Bachelor’s (STEM preferred) or BioWorks certificate/associate’s (STEM preferred) with 0 years, or High School (or equivalent) with at least 0.5 years
- Previous cGMP experience desired
- Ability to follow SOPs and work shift schedules if required
- Documentation and data integrity skills
- Aseptic technique and cleanroom practices preferred
Required Skills for a Manufacturing Associate III (Pay Range $25.96–$34.13)
- Bachelor’s (STEM preferred) with at least 0.5 years, or BioWorks certificate/associate’s (STEM preferred) with at least 1 year, or High School (or equivalent) with at least 1.5 years
- Previous cGMP experience
- Ability to follow SOPs and work shift schedules if required
- Documentation and data integrity skills; knowledge of aseptic technique and cleanroom practices
- Exposure to Delta V, Syncade, or similar systems
