Manufacturing Associate I, RNA Reagents

Responsibilities:
- Prepare for production by reviewing the production schedule, clarifying specifications, calculating requirements, and assembling materials and supplies.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following standard operating procedures.
- Keep equipment operating by following operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, and calling for repairs.
- Document production by completing forms, reports, logs, and batch/equipment records using good documentation practices.
- Receive materials/parts/supplies and maintain organized laboratory inventory.
- Operate within an ERP system.
- Update job knowledge through training opportunities.
- Perform other functions/duties as required.

Qualifications / Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a scientific field, preferably Molecular Biology or Biochemistry.
- 1–3 years of relevant manufacturing laboratory experience.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Experience executing standard operating procedures.
- Strong written and verbal skills.
- Self-motivated; able to organize and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Experience in a quality-regulated environment (plus).
