Shift Available:
- Tuesday–Saturday, Onsite Afternoon Shift, 1:30 p.m.–10:00 p.m. (start/end times may change)
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate equipment to produce blood component lots through cell culture, harvest, and cryopreservation.
- Support deviation investigations/write-ups; support on-time closure of assigned CAPAs.
- Perform aseptic tube activities (e.g., welding, connections, transfers); maintain aseptic qualification.
- Weigh and measure in-process materials to ensure correct quantities.
- Adhere to the production schedule and internal production logistics.
- Record production data/information clearly according to GDPs.
- Perform tasks per site safety policies, quality systems, and GMP requirements.
- Work in a team cross-functionally to complete shift-required production tasks.
- Become a SME and qualified trainer within a designated manufacturing function; complete training assignments on time.
- Perform other assigned tasks (e.g., continuous improvement, inspection readiness).
Knowledge & Skills / Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of cell culture, cryopreservation, purification, and aseptic processing or lab technique.
- Knowledge of cGMP/FDA-regulated industry; general understanding of cGMPs.
- Basic math; technical writing; MS Office proficiency.
- Background understanding of biology, chemistry, medical/clinical practices.
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s/associate degree preferred.
- 0–1 years cGMP cell therapy manufacturing/bioprocessing (or relevant experience).
Working Conditions:
- Cleanroom and controlled restricted areas; PPE required. Routine exposure to human blood components.
- Ability to lift 25 pounds; stand/walk intermittently and use computers/documentation.
Compensation & Benefits (as stated):
- $30.61–$37.09 per hour (Bothell, WA).
