Your contribution
- Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events in the US (town halls, annual celebrations, and high-profile internal/external events).
- Create new event concepts and formats aligned with strategic communications objectives and corporate priorities.
- Manage timelines, budgets, vendors, venues, and agency partners for seamless, cost-effective delivery.
- Coordinate event logistics, including technical set-up and Run of Show.
- Help brief and support executives, speakers, and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Medical Affairs, Commercial, HR, IT, R&D) for cohesive content and consistent brand alignment.
- Oversee on-site execution to ensure a positive attendee experience.
- Maintain calm under pressure and resolve issues quickly.
- Measure event outcomes, gather feedback, and drive continuous improvement.

A good match
- 5+ years of proven experience as an Event Manager in a corporate environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Collaborative, able to build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
- Creative and strategic mindset; designs memorable, high-quality experiences that support brand visibility/engagement and business objectives.
- Proactive self-starter with strong ownership and ability to work autonomously.
- Organized and detail-oriented; can adapt to changing needs and manage multiple priorities.
- Technical/business proficiency in Microsoft 365.
- Willingness to travel up to 6 times per year.

Preferred
- Pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare experience; proficiency in German.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite; Veeva Events; SpotMe/Omoni (advantage).
