Manager Transformation Project PLAN Lead (Duration Base Role) β€” Irvine, California (expected through July 2028)

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as PLAN Lead for the Deliver Transformation project, integrating regional, inventory, and supply planning activities and business requirements to support project objectives.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration and alignment; organize and present information for timely communication.
- Leverage end-to-end supply chain knowledge to identify, mitigate, communicate, and resolve risks/issues (scenario planning, decision-making, and e2e supply chain requirements).

Regional Planning
- Primary supply chain liaison providing insights on regional commercial/customer needs tied to transformation decisions and working model.
- Provide input on regional operating model β€œmust haves” and future design requirements to account for short- and long-term tradeoffs.
- Build relationships with internal/external stakeholders to drive priorities and execution.
- Inventory Management: lead inventory impact assessments/scenarios; maintain/develop tools to analyze current and future (LRPP/LRFP) inventory requirements.
- Supply Planning: ensure worldwide inventory allocations/deployments deliver optimal customer service; coordinate with Global PLAN and markets; develop approaches to support resiliency; communicate tradeoffs across demand, supply, and inventory.

Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Materials Management, Supply Chain, or Sciences (Engineering major) required; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years progressively responsible supply chain experience; 3+ years in medical device, consumer, or pharmaceutical areas required.
- APICS and Process Excellence certifications highly preferred.

Required/Preferred Skills
- Hands-on experience with inventory/planning/demand management/S&OP/order management/MRP systems/financial processes.
- Understanding of end-to-end supply chain interdependencies; business needs across multiple functional areas.
- Strong leadership, analytical problem solving, influencing, communication, and ability to work under time pressure.
- Experience with planning processes, inventory management, and financial knowledge.
- Customer-focused; able to work with diverse teams; team-building and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient MS Office (Word, Excel incl. vlookup/pivot tables/macros, PowerPoint, project planning, flow charts) and database tools; Infinity/Power BI/Alteryx preferred.
- Sound ERP/SAP knowledge (including Blue Yonder, JDE, SAP, Anaplan).
- May require up to 25% domestic travel.
