Clinical Supply Chain Planner

Responsibilities / Key Accountabilities:
- Act as Supply Chain Lead for clinical products, including supply chain strategy, demand/supply planning, and IRT strategy development.
- Execute scenario plans and develop recommended production and inventory management strategies.
- Serve as primary supply chain contact with internal and external stakeholders.
- Work cross-functionally with CMC, Development, and Finance to support program development.
- Proactively identify and troubleshoot issues to prevent missed timelines.
- Communicate program status verbally and via written reports.
- Drive continuous operational performance improvement.

Qualifications / Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences/Engineering/Operations/Supply Chain (or related field) and 8+ years of experience, including 3+ years in clinical supply chain planning.
- Requires working knowledge of cGMP and regulations applicable to the FDA and comparable international regulatory agencies.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience leading business process definition/improvement.
- Skilled in influence management to drive project success.
- Demonstrated ability to work accurately, meet timelines, and handle multiple priorities.
- Capable of responding flexibly to changing prioritization.
- Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative “can do” attitude.
- Strong verbal and written communication; advanced analytical skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Compensation / Benefits:
- Salary range: $135,000.00–$175,000.00.
