GMAO Strategy & Operations Manager

How you will contribute:
- Partner with GMAO leadership to prioritize and operationalize key strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with OBU PMO to optimize GMAO processes for efficient annual planning deliverables (Strategic Planning, Budgeting, Tactical Planning, etc.).
- Manage logistics, documentation, and communication for medical affairs S&O projects.
- Partner with Global Medical Leads to optimize meeting management and team effectiveness for GMA core and strategic teams.
- Plan and communicate implementation of new initiatives to enhance team effectiveness and operational efficiency.
- Act as a super user for planning, tracking, and reporting on medical plans.
- Liaise across stakeholders to foster collaboration with cross-functional teams (e.g., R&D, Commercial, Regulatory).
- Foster collaboration and alignment across cross-functional departments and cross regions/LOCs.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business administration, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or project management within the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry (preferably Oncology).
- Strong understanding of Medical Affairs functions and oncology therapeutic areas; cross-matrix collaboration.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and analytical skills with proactive problem-solving.
- Proficient in project management tools, reporting software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment with shifting priorities.
- Understand finance principles and apply them to manage project budgets.
