Role Overview
Manager/Sr. Manager, Patient Supply Operations (Patient Supply Strategy & Operations) based in Somerset, NJ.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute global patient supply for early-phase Cell and Gene Therapy programs (Allogenic and In-Vivo), aligned to clinical plans and protocol evolution.
- Operationalize bulk vs. per-patient distribution, safety stock, and contingency plans; develop supply manuals/SOPs and country-specific clinical supply playbooks (labeling, distribution, inventory).
- Support labeling for primary/secondary packaging per regional requirements.
- Manage end-to-end global shipments (shipping documents; coordinate couriers/custom brokers).
- Lead import/export processes and establish/oversight IOR/EOR models; support country start-ups (EU, APAC, LATAM) and depot selection/qualification/readiness.
- Oversee cold-chain logistics (LN2, -80Β°C), lane qualification, and performance monitoring; serve as escalation point for shipment issues.
- Lead/implement inventory systems (e.g., SAP, IRT, depot/site systems); own inventory controls (lot status, expiry, returns, reconciliation, destruction); develop dashboards/KPIs.
- Partner with Quality for QP release operational readiness; support depot licensing/permits/quality requirements; support deviations/CAPAs/change controls.
- Provide oversight of CMOs/depots/couriers/CROs; partner with Clinical Ops/CMC/Quality/Regulatory/Technical Dev; lead SOP governance/continuous improvement; mentor junior team.

Requirements
- BS or MS in Supply Chain/Pharmacy or equivalent (required).
- 8+ years in clinical supply chain/patient supply/GMP operations (sponsor or CRO); 8+ years demonstrated ownership of early-phase (FIH/Phase I) patient supply.
- Preferred: allogeneic and/or in-vivo therapy experience; temperature-controlled logistics; cell therapy logistics/GMP experience.
- Strong collaboration/influencing/negotiation; written/verbal communication; escalation understanding; hands-on independent execution.

Compensation & Benefits (as stated)
- Base pay range: Manager $110,706–$145,303; Sr. Manager $127,313–$167,099.
- Other pay: performance-based bonus and/or equity (eligible roles).
- Benefits: medical/dental/vision; 401(k) match; 8 weeks paid parental leave after 3 months; PTO (vacation/personal/sick/floating) plus 11 company holidays; additional voluntary benefits (e.g., HSA/FSA, insurance, disability, etc.).
