Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end HCP speaker programs, including vendor management, program execution, auditing, and compliant reconciliation.
- Serve as primary operations and logistics lead for speaker program operations for Field Sales and Marketing, ensuring effective and compliant execution.
- Own speaker program training and continuously improve the training curriculum.
- Lead logistics coordination for internal sales meetings, partnering with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Support planning and execution of congresses and key industry events with Marketing leadership.
- Manage fulfillment services by supporting Marketing and field teams.
- Other responsibilities as needed as the role grows.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree required.
- 5+ years of experience in a pharmaceutical/biotech company, including 2 years managing speaker programs.
- Meeting planning experience preferred but not required.
- Launch experience preferred but not required.
- Strong track record in leadership, problem-solving, vendor management, and multitasking in fast-paced environments.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with accuracy and strong prioritization.
- Sense of urgency, efficiency, and attention to detail.
- Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and collaborate at all levels.
- Confident, self-motivated, proactive, with strong judgment and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience managing content in SharePoint.
