What You'll Do
The Manager/Sr. Manager, Sales Operations is a key member of the Commercial Analytics and Operations team and partner to sales leadership in support of the Attruby sales organization. Responsibilities include field force operations and solutions (CRM, fleet), cross-functional coordination with Commercial IT and field sales, field analytics and performance measurement, territory alignment, and sales operations activities. Reports to the Director of Field Analytics and Operations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute key sales operations functions
- Optimize and manage field team alignments, field targeting, and sales allocations
- Interpret and report KPIs, metrics, dashboards; handle ad hoc reporting requests
- Monitor subnational performance and BBIO commercial effort; inform Sales of performance, trends, and strategic initiatives
- Measure impact/ROI of key Sales tactics and optimize initiatives
- Manage sales and affiliation data validation; ensure timely data/reports and process data change requests
- Perform Sales Operations duties: Incentive Compensation, Veeva module administration, data stewardship, fleet reimbursement, and other field programs
Who You Are (Qualifications)
- 3+ years of sales operations experience in pharmaceutical/biotech
- Knowledge of sales operations; ability to identify needs/opportunities and implement improvements
- Experience in Sales Force Alignment, Targeting, and Call Planning
- Demonstrated analytical abilities
- Advanced MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong team player; able to work in a fast-moving small company environment
- Experience partnering cross-functionally
- Ability to communicate with all levels
