Manager, SEC Reporting

Role: Manager of Financial Reporting at a biopharma company, overseeing SEC filings and external financial disclosures. Responsibilities: lead preparation and review of Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and other disclosures; develop technical accounting memos; coordinate with auditors; support quarterly earnings, SOX compliance, and internal controls; monitor SEC regulation updates; improve reporting processes. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance, CPA license; 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with 3-5 years specifically in SEC reporting; Big Four public accounting background; advanced Excel skills; strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations; excellent communication and multitasking skills.
