Manager, SAP Security

Role
Genmab is seeking an experienced SAP Security Expert to support and enhance SAP security controls within a highly regulated pharma/biotech environment. Reports to the Director of SAP Platforms and ensures robust, compliant, and audit-ready access controls across SAP landscapes.

Responsibilities
- Support the design, build, and maintenance of SAP security and authorization concepts across ECC and SAP S/4HANA systems
- Design and maintain SAP roles in accordance with GxP, SOX, and Genmab internal control frameworks
- Perform SAP user administration (provisioning, de-provisioning, emergency access, periodic access reviews)
- Configure, support, and operate SAP GRC and Pathlock solutions for access control and segregation of duties monitoring
- Support SAP S/4HANA and SAP Fiori security (catalogs, groups, and roles)
- Support security integration with SAP bolt-on applications such as BlackLine
- Participate in internal/external audits by preparing evidence and explanations related to SAP access controls
- Support system validation activities (impact assessments, risk assessments, change documentation)
- Maintain SAP security documentation (role concepts, procedures, control descriptions)
- Coordinate with SAP Center of Excellence (CoE) teams and external AMS consultants

Required
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
- 5–7 years hands-on SAP Security and Authorizations experience (pharma/biotech/regulated preferred)
- Strong knowledge of SAP GRC Access Control
- Solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA security concepts and SAP Fiori authorization design
- Experience with SAP bolt-on applications (e.g., BlackLine, BTP Security)
- Experience in GxP-regulated environments
- Exposure to Pathlock
- Strong documentation, analytical, and communication skills
