Manager, Revenue Accounting

Role: Manager of Revenue Accounting supporting commercial launch readiness in a biopharma company specializing in oncology and RAS-targeted therapies. Responsibilities: manage revenue and gross-to-net close activities, prepare journal entries, reconciliations, reserves, and analysis; support forecasting models, implement automation and AI tools for process improvements; collaborate with Commercial, Market Access, FP&A, and Supply Chain functions; ensure SOX compliance and assist in audit processes. Requirements: Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related; 6+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech revenue accounting, including GTN accruals/reserves, revenue recognition per ASC 606, and internal controls; strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills. Preferred: CPA or MBA; experience supporting a product launch or early-stage biotech; familiarity with automation and analytics tools.
