Manager, R&D Thought Leadership and Reputation

When & Where
- Location: Sleepy Hollow, NY or Tarrytown, NY
- Work model: Onsite a minimum of four days per week (not fully remote or hybrid)

Discover Your Role
- Build external communications strategies aligned with R&D and company goals
- Turn complex science into clear, engaging stories with scientists, physicians, and medical/regulatory teams
- Secure speaking engagements, media opportunities, and events for R&D leaders
- Prepare spokespeople with briefing materials and key messages
- Build trade media relationships through proactive outreach and story pitches
- Lead reputation-building campaigns from content planning through delivery
- Guide external PR agencies/partners to keep quality, budgets, and timelines on track
- Set up measurement plans and dashboards to track impact and guide improvements
