Manager, R&D Data Steward

Role: R&D Data Stewardship Manager leading stewardship activities for assigned R&D data domains and products. Responsibilities: interpret complex R&D business processes, ensure data governance, quality, and metadata accuracy; lead cataloging, data profiling, and data product lifecycle management; leverage AI and automation tools; and coordinate with stakeholders across Data Owners, SMEs, and technical teams. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Data Management, or related field; proven ability to independently manage metadata, data quality, and governance in a complex environment; strong SQL, Databricks, Python, and PySpark skills; knowledge of GxP, privacy, and regulated data practices. Preferred: experience with Informatica CDGC, Data Marketplace, ontology, semantic data concepts, and AI-assisted stewardship. High-Value: focus on biopharma R&D data, with an emphasis on compliance, data quality, and AI integration; minimal travel; individual contributor role.
