Manager, Product Quality

Role: Manager, Product Quality at Centessa Pharmaceuticals, overseeing quality activities across development and manufacturing, from clinical to commercial stages of orexin receptor 2 agonist programs for sleep-wake disorders. Responsibilities include providing quality support for drug substance, drug product, and finished product manufacturing; reviewing documentation; supporting technology transfers, process validation, and investigations; contributing to regulatory filings, inspection readiness, and supplier oversight; and driving continuous quality improvements. Requirements: Bachelor's in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related; 8+ years in biotech/pharma quality roles supporting clinical-stage products; experience with GMP, regulatory submissions, and external manufacturing; strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred: biologics or small molecule development experience, regulatory inspection support, and advanced degree. High-Value: focus on GMP manufacturing, clinical development support, regulatory interactions, and risk management in a fast-paced environment. Work setup: based in the US with occasional travel.
