Role Summary
Manager, Portfolio Strategy – Global Strategic Marketing, J&J MedTech Surgery MTST at Johnson & Johnson MedTech Surgery. Limited-duration, full-time role from December 1, 2025 through December 31, 2026, located in Raritan, NJ (alternative locations considered); remote work options may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Responsibilities
- Program Planning & Execution: Develop and maintain detailed project plans with activities, milestones, and deliverables; coordinate cross-functional teams; monitor progress and implement mitigation strategies; own action item tracking, milestone accountability, and program documentation.
- Data Management & Governance: Serve as program data lead; ensure datasets are accurate and auditable; manage data for product codes; design standardized datasets and governance policies; create documentation for future data owners; maintain data quality and continuity.
- Dashboarding & Reporting: Build and maintain dashboards reflecting program status and milestones; ensure data accuracy and clear reporting for leadership; translate metrics into actionable insights.
- Regulatory & Launch Scheduling: Partner with Regulatory teams to identify approval dates and align launch timelines by market; schedule launches with cross-functional teams.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Act as execution partner to Marketing, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Finance, and Regional Operations; maintain collaboration and clear communication on status, risks, and dependencies; ensure governance standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
- 5 years of progressive experience in healthcare, focusing on marketing, strategy, or project management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a matrix organization; strong analytical and strategic thinking.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and influencing skills.
- Familiarity with Wound Closure and/or Biosurgery products preferred.
- Experience with project management methodologies; Six Sigma or Process Excellence certification a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours to support global markets as needed.
