Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with leaders, HR business partners, and stakeholders to address people-data informed questions.
- Pull relevant data from systems/sources and ensure data accuracy.
- Formulate and run analyses to answer stakeholdersโ key questions.
- Draw conclusions, distill insights into deliverables, and communicate findings.
- Design and administer surveys; consult on measurement of employee experiences/sentiments; advise on HR data use.
- Integrate new data sources into the database and work with technical teams to create dashboards.
- Balance analysis vs. presenting based on candidate interests/skills.
Education & Experience / Skills:
- Excel, R/Python, SQL, PowerBI, or Tableau (desired).
- BA/BS with 6+ years relevant experience, or Masterโs with 4+ years relevant experience.
- People Analytics experience (preferred, 2+ years).

Compensation & Benefits (as stated):
- Salary range: $157,590.00 - $203,940.00; may include discretionary bonus, stock-based long-term incentives, paid time off, and company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.
