Manager, Payroll

Role: Payroll Manager overseeing US, UK, and EMEA payroll operations, ensuring accurate and compliant payroll processing for multiple jurisdictions. Responsibilities: manage end-to-end payroll (including new hires, terminations, benefits, stock transactions), ensure legal compliance, handle payroll tax registration and filings, lead quarter/year-end processes, maintain payroll systems, perform payroll accounting and reconciliations, drive process improvements, establish SOPs and controls, address employee inquiries, and prepare management reports. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; 5-7 years payroll experience, ideally with systems like Dayforce, ADP, Workday, or UKG; experience managing global payroll and stock transactions; familiarity with international payroll providers and NetSuite a plus.
