Operations
Purpose:
- Provide oversight for OneHUB vendors supporting AbbVie Access and Affordability programs; manage performance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across hub partners.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure vendors meet/exceed SLAs, quality standards, compliance requirements, and evolving business needs; catalog SLAs/metrics for standardization.
- Partner with Patient Services and brand stakeholders to translate priorities into operational execution and improve patient experience and program effectiveness.
- Participate in RFP scope, contract redlining, negotiation, and pricing discussions; evaluate proposals and run pricing simulations.
- Build a blueprint of external partnership vertical (current vendors, contracts, renewal cycles), governance model, and ways of working.
- Lead cross-functional program management to drive concurrent initiatives from planning through execution (on-time delivery, budget adherence, stakeholder communication).
- Conduct vendor business reviews, drive corrective action plans for performance gaps, and track/resolve issues and action items.
- Monitor vendor financial performance, budgets, spend vs. plan, resource utilization, and mitigate operational/compliance/performance risks.
- Drive continuous improvement via root-cause analysis and data-driven standardization; guide process, staffing, workflow, and technology enhancements.
- Lead and develop a team for external vendor relationship management and performance monitoring.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 6+ years in vendor management/consulting/contracting/pricing/procurement/external partnerships/patient services/access support or related commercial operations.
- Preferred: healthcare/biopharma/patient services/specialty pharmacy/access support experience.
- Demonstrated program management (multi-project planning, financial/budget schedule tracking) and cross-functional matrix leadership.
- Excellent stakeholder communication (executive updates, dashboards, status reports).
